We are passionate about therapy and excited about the progress that we see our clients make on a daily basis. We believe that everybody is capable of growth, change and an enhanced sense of joy and overall well-being. We also believe that we all currently possess strengths that will help us to make progress in our journey toward our best selves. Through therapy we are able to learn how to identify and utilize those strengths as well as gain new skills in a supportive and empathetic environment.
We specialize in working with teens & adults, individually as well as couples. We aim to provide integrative care based on the needs of the individual, couple or family. We have been trained in a number of different treatment methods which allows us to blend elements from different theories and interventions in order to customize our approach based on the needs of the individual, couple or family in order to achieve their goals. These modalities include: Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
