I have been seeing mental health professionals for over 10 years, and Katie is the best therapist I have ever had. She has been my best support system for the past 6 years and never ceases to disappoint. She is understanding and personable, but also practical and pragmatic in our sessions and has always provided a safe space for me to be open and honest without feeling of judgement. She has been such an important factor in my mental health journey. Finding a good therapist can be difficult, so I feel very lucky to have found the support and guidance that Katie has given me for years.
